You're going to discover:

Where Do You Want this Training Plan Sent? 
For each of the next 5 days, you will be assigned a training plan. You will have 24 hours to complete each of your daily training assignments. 

In addition, you will be asked to monitor your statistics in each training session, so you need to be mentally ready to focus and detail your performance. This will also help enhance your performance since you'll be able to strive to achieve specific numbers during each training session. 

You'll be doing work with the ball as well as on your explosiveness. 

These next 5 days will be serious. But if you really are serious about becoming harder to guard, you should approach this SuperHandles training like a professional. If you do this, you'll see results pretty quickly. But if not, you won't get as much out of it. Are you going to follow this proven plan or just go through the motions?
